International orders from Ko og Ko Organics

Welcome to Ko og Ko - or "Cow and Cow", as it is in English :)

We accept international orders from all European countries - do you wish to order from outside Europe, please contact Ko og Ko in advance. You can do it directly from the webshop - CLICK HERE!

All prices are in Danish Kroner with Danish sales taxes included.

Orders from within the European Union:
You pay the Danish sales taxes (25%) which is already included in the price.

Shippingcosts are 225 DKK pr. order. If the actual shippingcosts are less than 225 dkk, you will only be charged the actual costs and the charge will be altered manually. All orders sent outside Denmark is send as recommended mail, unless we make other agreements, so you will be able to trace the package.

Orders from Europe - outside the European Union including Greenland:
The Danish VAT will be excluded from the price before you are asked to confirm the order. You might have to pay customs-fees when you recieve the package. Note that all orders from Greenland are automatically Tax-free

Shippingcosts are 300 DKK pr. order. If the actual shippingcosts are less than 300 DKK, you will only be charged the actual costs and the charge will be altered manually. All orders sent outside Denmark is send as recommended mail, unless we make other agreements, so you will be able to trace the package

All orders:
Larger/heavy parcels will be sent as economyparcels to keep the costs as low as possible. You may therefore expect a longer delivery-time than usual. The shipping costs are added to your order during checkout to allow you to view the total price of the order.

Creditcard-fee:
A fee of 5,75% of the total price (goods and shipping) will be added to alle payments made with foreign creditcards. This fee is added to pay for the expenses and goes directly to the Danish creditcard-handling company PBS, not to Ko og Ko.
